BJJ Brown Belt – Ken O’Shaughnessy

Ken O’Shaughnessy is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Steve Campbell and has been training since October 2008.

Recently Ken has progressed to taking the morning classes, kids classes and some of the beginners classes. He has been an assistant coach at the gym for 7 years now. Ken has a personable approach to coaching and is always on hand to help students out as best that he can.

Recently, Ken quit his daytime job to focus on coaching BJJ. This move allowed him to be more available for private lessons, holding the weekly “Intro to BJJ” classes and weekday morning classes.

Ken has competed multiple times at each belt level, winning Gold at the 2014 IBJJF London open and getting bronze at the 2015 IBJJF European Championships.

Free Intro Classes

These sessions are limited to four students and are the ideal way to see the gym, meet the instructors and have a short introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
